Provided excellent quality work and Grant was very helpful and provided great advice about how to achieve projects i have in mind going forth. No nasty surprises like i have encountered with some other companies and i am very happy with the work completed. I will be using Cormorant drainage and property maintenance again and thoroughly recommend them.

Grant was really quick to respond and book the job in at an affordable price. He arrived on time, completed the work well, and left everything neat and tidy. I would definitely use him again.

Grant did a wonderful job at installing two awkward kitchen shelves. He showed good attention to detail, despite cutting the shelves outside on a cold and dark evening. I was hoping to erect the shelves myself, but they would never have looked as professional as Grant’s work! He also tackled a broken curtain rail and came up with a good solution in how to fix it. I would definitely recommend Grant - he was professional, courteous, tidy and a good communicator.
