On the day of installation Michael was great and tidied up afterwards. He took the time to talk me through the system and showed me how to use it. Within 5 mins if talking to Michael I immediately knew he was the tradesman I was looking for. He promptly agreed to come out to me that very evening. He inspected my alarm system to see if I could upgrade to have the ability to control my system remotely. He said he would make enquiries and let me know.
