I had my old boiler replaced and the heating and hot water system upgraded to a modern combi boiler system by Core Heat. The company engineers were friendly, approachable and always on time. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the whole process was handled with professionalism and with minimal disruption. I am extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend their services.

Ben was highly recommended to us and I only wish we’d found him and his team sooner! They are quite simply outstanding tradesmen. Communication was excellent throughout, no question too big or small, a competitive price and excellent workmanship. We were kept up to date throughout and Ben did all the necessary paperwork on our behalf too, which was very much appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending Ben.

I needed a new boiler fitted as the old one gave up on me after 19 years. Ben came and gave it a test to see if he could save the old one. He advised that I needed a new one and arranged a time very speedily so I did not have to go without water or heating. So happy with the job they both did. Extremely professional and nothing was too much in regards to accuringing the knowledge for the new boiler which was very simple. Very much recommended.

Ben and his team gave me a competitive estimated over the phone. Once booked in arrived on time and on the dates we agreed. They complete the renewal of my old boiler for a shiney new one! They completed the work on time and under the estimate they quoted👌 Ben and his team were courteous, clean and tidy. I would definitely use them again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to family and friends.

I’ve been using Ben for a couple of years now, he is always courteous, on time and willing to help no matter how large or small the issue is. Most recently we had an issue where our boiler would leak intermittently. He came out for an initial call out and although he was unable to locate the leak then gave us some good advice around HOW to look out for it. Following his advice we narrowed it down to when the leak happened (only when heating the radiators from cold) and was able to call him out whilst it happened. He quickly found the issue, replaced the part and left us with no leaks! 5*s!

Ben responded and dealt with my request promptly. Found him polite and very professional in his work. Highly recommend and I would use again if ever needed.
