The engineer arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable abt the problem providing all the information I needed . He diagnosed the issue and returned with replacement parts to repair it and we re very happy with the result and would recommend this company.

Very Efficient and Reliable. Boiler had packed up. The Boiler Engineer asked for the fault code showing and boiler name and Model. Took the provision of ordering part which was suspected needed replacing so would minimise visits. Turned out it was a blockage and cleaned out pipe and washers followed by service without requiring new part saving me money. Very trustworthy Chap.
