The initial work was carried out well although the costs were on the high side. But they are messy workers; spilling wet concrete on the back patio and front paviours, spilling cement powder and leaking engine oil on the front paviours. There was no offer to clear things up, leaving that to me to do. A final job was to erect scaffolding at the front and to renew two finials where their quotes seemed too expensive. I had no problem in arranging scaffolding at just over half the Corderoy quote and finding a local expert roofer at a much more competitive price. On balance I would not recommend.

The gutters have not been cleaned at all, and so I suspect even anti-moss after care has not been applied despite being told it has. The overall quality of the clean is not satisfactory and I am now having to do it again. Also invoice had to be requested before paying which after a lot of convincing was finally provided, and the details of what was done was not fully clear in that invoice.

Had new guttering installed by Corderoy Roofing. The team was punctual, efficient, and the work was flawless. Excellent value for money!
