When our new TV lost all sound on Friday, I phoned early on Saturday morning and David responded immediately. He arrived very quickly and reprogrammed the original factory settings which restored the sound. David was extremely professional and knowledgeable, giving outstanding assistance. I was so pleased with the speed and the workmanship of David. I just wish there were more genuine people like him, nothing was too much trouble for him and the price was very reasonable aswell.
