The job got off to a bad start, as despite several phone calls from me, the scaffolding was not erected on time and the roofline material was not delivered in time. Furthermore, the surveyor failed to detect asbestos. Having used Coral Windows several times before, and being very satisfied customers, we were surprised at this decline in service. However, things improved when Andy Halford and Tyler arrived to undertake the roofline work. They kept us informed of what they were doing and any snags they hit. They went above and beyond as did Adam who installed the doors and window. Thanks guys!

The fitters from coral did a fantastic job, got the old window out and the new upvc double glazed one perfectly fitted in. It looks amazing both inside and out and is keeping the heat in much better. For the replacements that were needed it was done incredibly quickly and professionally.
