Good work, and very polite. The new shower tray feels far more stable than the old one as he took so much time and effort making a solid base for it. No creaks at all, which will definitely help keep this one in one piece! Only negative I can say, is that the silicone application was a bit messy, and missed a bit between the vanity unit and the shower itself - although to be fair, that's a tight gap.

Water from the upstairs bathroom had damaged a corner of my kitchen. He was very quick working through the issues and I've had no troubles with the leak since.
