Had bedroom ceiling over-boarded and entire room re-plastered. Work was carried out quickly with little disturbance to the rest of the property. Unfortunately, following the initial coat of paint issues with multiple trowel marks running down from head height to floor level were discovered. Additionally, hundreds of what can only be described as pot marks were found across the wall amongst other issues. Reached out a month ago, confirmed would attend property to examine. However, has never been out or reached out. At this point has been finished and not interested in them returning.
