Mark and the team were able to undertake repairs to our chimney (lose bricks replacement, full re-pointing and capping), and re-attach all ridgeline capping tiles, all at very short notice. The work was done most efficiently, with zero mess left upon completion. The work on the pointing has been done to give a very neat finish, making the job look good! From initial contact through to the end of the work, Mark was most professional, friendly, courteous and explained what was to be done at each point. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and the team.

Mark called very soon after I sent a message through Checkatrade and arranged for his son Frank to pop over the following day. Great communication and provided advice on what was needed. It turned out to be a fairly small job so they fit us in for the the following day and got the job done quickly. I'm so glad I contacted Coopers Roofing as I'd had a quote from another roofer who said the whole roof needed replacing and quoted £2k. Frank was honest about what was needed and reassured us that the felt was good quality and just needed patching up. We would definitely use them again.

Very impressed with the whole team. Mark and his son's were so courteous . Right from Mark coming to see me. He identifying the problem immediately. Provided me with a written quote within 10mins, itemizing and explaining everything, including their 12 month guarantee. I was booked in quickly as it was due to rain heavily within days. The team arrived proptly. All the work undertaken was expained & Frank even showed photo's of what they had discovered. A hugh crack in the Felt! Thank you to the whole team. A big worry of my mind.

I cannot thank Mark, Frank and the team - they done an amazing job with replacing the roof on our outhouse. They were professional, efficient, and completed the job in no time. They were very knowledgeable and provided advice on what would be suitable. I also appreciated how they cleaned everything once finished, it was like they was never there. Overall, I’m really happy with the quality of the work, and would definitely recommend/ use in them again in the future!
