Couldn’t recommend Max and team enough - great communication and the roof and garden looks unrecognisable!

I am so pleased to have found Max from Coopers Property Maintenance on Checkatrade. He and his colleague came to my house to clean my gutters and some render. They booked me in really quickly and the work was to a high standard and at a reasonable cost. They are also really nice and friendly people to deal with. I won’t hesitate to use them again.

I cannot recommend Coopers Property Maintenance highly enough! Max was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He provided an excellent quote for cleaning our gutters, which hadn’t been touched in over 11 years. The results he delivered were simply outstanding—10/10! The before and after photos he showed us were jaw-dropping, and the transformation was better than I could have imagined. Very professional and attention to detail was superb. Our gutters hadn’t been cleaned for some time but they have been transformed by this company. I will be asking them to come again this year as our house has a lot of trees nearby.

Amazing job completed by Max of cleaning out our gutters which clearly had not been done for years! Arrived when he said he would, explained the process and took lots of photos so we could see the before and after. He stuck to the quoted price and it was a very fair price for the work carried out. The gutters now look brand new and you can tell Max takes pride in his work, would definitely use again and recommend!!
