  Outstanding Service Twice Over! Look no further!

  Fantastic service yet again from Cooper Property Improvements.  They did a brilliant job converting our garage nine months ago, so when someone recently crashed into our house and damaged the same wall, we knew exactly who to call. Alex Cooper and his team responded quickly and repaired everything to their usual high standard. Their communication throughout was excellent—regular photo and video updates kept us in the loop, which is rare and refreshing in the building trade.   Retaining wall and patio installation

  Having worked with Alex, Rich, and team previously for the build of our house extension, it was a no-brainer to get them back for this project. They excavated the area, built a retaining wall with drainage, then laid a sandstone patio. Clear communication and advice was given at all times, and the end result was excellent and exactly what we wanted. The team put in some commendably long days temperatures over 30°C. The work was completed on schedule, in two weeks. We would highly recommend Cooper Property Improvements.

  Replace conservatory with an extension and utility room.

  We chose CPI as Alex came over confident and friendly and gave a good impression. A decision never regretted, we waited a while as they were busy, but good builders always are. When the team arrived they worked solidly until it was finished. Richard gave me great advice and I chose some extras that I’m delighted with. Everyone that I’ve shown has been very impressed at the quality and finish. I would certainly strongly recommend this team.

  Conversion of under stairs area into a cloakroom incorporating toilet & washbasin.basin.

  Alex & his team did a fantastic job on this conversion which was not easy due to the small space. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and they were happy to carry out any additional requests as the project progressed. We are really pleased with the completed cloakroom and would highly recommend. We will not hesitate to use them again.

  Flood defence-wall with sump

  Family run and professional business. They started work only a few days after quoting and were tidy, timely, attentive and considerate. Alex and his father, Richard maintained an open dialogue with me prior to, and during the project to ensure the final product met my requirements. I was very pleased with the work completed and i would entirely recommend its services to others who require their services.

  Rear extension and remodelling the back of the house

  The project ran to time and budget, approximately 13 weeks in all. We really appreciated that CPI didn't work on any other projects at the same time as ours. This meant that we saw progress every day. CPI used high quality sub-contractors for windows, plastering, the roof and tiling resulting in a very professional finish. The project ran like clockwork. Everyone who has seen our home transformation has been really impressed with the WOW factor! We would highly recommend Alex and his team to you when looking for trustworthy and highly skilled builders to deliver your dream home.
