All the workmen where so polite, and had good knowledge of there trade and explained everything is I could understand what was going on as well as cleaning up after themselves. This company were very friendly, helpful, informative and extremely professional from first telephone contact through to the installation. We wanted our current loft insulation topping up as it was less than 12 months old and there just was not enough of it. This was something this company were happy to do rather than start again from scratch which we were very grateful for. The installation team worked very efficiently, were very polite and left our home very clean and tidy. Quick turnaround, their engineer checked the house and took measurements. Received a quote. Once I said ok, two teams came in, one for loft and other for cavity wall insulation, they worked swiftly, cleaned the place when done.
