From my initial contact to the job being completed Ian from Coolspot Ltd was very prompt and professional in his communication. He provided me with all the relevant information to make my choice and helped me with my questions and used his experience to help me make choices. A prompt date was arranged, Ian turned up on time, completed the work to a high level, cleaned up everything when he had finished and took plenty of time to explain the features and benefits of the charger and how to use the app. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the job done and would highly recommend Coolspot.

Discussed requirements, offered advice as to location and type of EV Charger, guideline costs and also wiring (aesthetics and cost). He followed up with a written quote, confirming the legalities he would also complete (& provided copies later). We agreed a date for fitting, he arrived on time and completed work to a high standard, setting up the charger & phone app & explaining before leaving. No monies due until completed.
