Ian responded promptly to enquiry and arrived as agreed. He first checked our power supply, as can affect the charging point and costs. Discussed requirements, offered advice as to location and type of EV Charger, guideline costs and also wiring (aesthetics and cost). He followed up with a written quote, confirming the legalities he would also complete (& provided copies later). We agreed a date for fitting, he arrived on time and completed work to a high standard, setting up the charger & phone app & explaining before leaving. No monies due until completed. Excellent- we definitely recommend

I found Ian to be a real joy to deal with. From the outset he gave me a confined time and he arrived early. Having derived what I wanted we looked at various install options as well suitability of product. I ended up with a more suitable product and a far neater install than I had planned. Rang Coolspot to discuss having an EV charger fitted. An appointment was made for them to attend my property to view the work that needed doing. They came on time and offered advice on the product I wanted. I was more than happy with their quote and a date was agreed for them to complete the work. They came early and fitted my EC charger. The completed work looks great and there was no rubbish left at all. All the certificates were taken care of by Coolspot and they gave a full explanation on how to work the charger and the phone app that comes with it. Great service.
