  Contacted Adam and he came out same day to look and carried out work whilst he was here. Have used him before , he is very professional and will definitely use for any future work. Highly recommend.

  Valley cement work, roof and gutter moss clean and removal

  I had verified my job requirements on checkatrade looking for a local roofer after buying my first family home ever for the children, partner and I. We were contacted by Adam at Cool Mint Projects Ltd. and within the day he was already up on our property to inspect what work was required. After a brief time I decided to get the work done; as he was so punctual got back in touch and asked if he could commence work. He did the job in 2 1/2 days by himself and it looked brilliant. He kept in contact throughout, very impressed, work ethic, professionalism & am going to book again.

  Ridge roof repair of water leak

  Would not use again. Over-charged for a spoilt job messy render fill of the roof rather than a repair of the issue, and then said I'd need to pay more as it never fixed the leak. Didn't seem to have good knowledge of how the water would drain. Also tripled their quote price for soffits/guttering replacements which I never asked for the in the first place and got very pushy and said it was a 'special' order. Wouldn't take no for an answer. Had more reliability roofer come and say his work was bad. Personally, avoid.

  new roof

  fantastic team work done to high quality they sorted Everything out scaffolding skip fitting of the roof clean up at the end not one problem with them gave me time to pay and a 10 year guarantee on there work would recommend cool mint projects ltd competitive quote as well
