  We had a very positive experience with Cool Electrics. Everything was handled in a highly professional manner, from the initial site visit and clear estimates through to the installation itself. The coordination with the decorator was seamless and the finish is excellent. We are very pleased with the result and would happily recommend them.

  Exceptional Customer Service

  We had an excellent experience with Cool Electrics. Over the festive period, when our units unexpectedly stopped working, they attended within one hour of our email. Colin quickly diagnosed the issue, went out to source the required part, and had everything fully repaired that same afternoon, which was incredibly impressive given the time of year. They originally installed our units in 2023, and since then have delivered exactly what they promised, with offers of regular servicing and maintenance follow-ups. Being a local company, it’s reassuring to know they are always on hand if needed.

  This company is very reliable and efficient.

  We had 3 units and an inverter installed. The team arrived promptly and worked very efficiently. They were very respectful of our space and left the working area very clean and tidy. I was happy to have Simon and his team in the house and left them to work, while I went shopping. We have not had a full summer to "test" the units, but so far when turned on and off the units all work well. The team were very careful to ensure that any downpipes outside the house did not encroach over boundaries with neighbours.

  7kw Daikin unit successfully delivered

  Cool Electrics installed a 7kw Daikin unit in our house and the experience was very smooth. The team was on time and met all the deadlines promised. The unit is working well and we are happy with the result. Diane and Colin were very responsive and nice. Thanks!!!

  Great Service

  Home install of 2 AC units with an external compressor with option to expand with a 3rd unit at a later date. Installation started on time and the process was quick and thorough. All the steps were explained and work commenced immediatly. Everything went as planned and the install looks great and works very well. The extra care taken to protect the house was a very nice touch.
