Ian from Cool Charge recently fitted my EV charger and I couldn't be happier. He surveyed the site initially, arrived on time, and spent time discussing various options with me regarding cable runs and charger locations. He was even happy to provide two quotes as I was undecided on where to put the charger. On the installation date, he arrived on time again and did a very professional job. The cable runs are perfectly straight, and the end result looks really clean. If you are looking for an EV charger and want a professional job at a competitive price, definitely give Ian a shout.

Ian chose to quote and respond to my messages when I initially enquired online for quotations 2/3 months prior to job completion (others didn’t). Ian was responsive throughout. Great guy. Ian’s communication prior to the job was great, he came to do a free site survey and provided options and overview for the job, gave me a lot of confidence that he knows his stuff, as EV all new to me. Opted for the Hypervolt pro and it looks great. Ian turned up on time when he said he would, professional, friendly, neat and tidy and I’m really happy with the job he’s done. Made sure everything was working and provided paperwork quickly after the job. All carried out in horrible weather too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will use his services again.
