Shane and his team were amazing and very friendly. Managed to fit a new AC unit in a great location in our hallway upstairs and did an efficient job. Our house has never felt so cool before. We already used him to fit two AC units previously many years ago and would not hesitate to recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: EN910 Fitting an air conditioning unit

Shane and Mark installed an air conditioning unit in my newly constructed loft conversion. From my first interaction with Shane I knew I wanted him to install the unit in my home. I did see a few different contractors but Shane's personality and likeability factor definitely swung it for me. The price was very competitive We were so pleased with the workmanship we decided to have another unit installed in our garden office, once again the job was completed to a high standard. I have no hesitation recommending Coolaid Air Conditioning Ltd. Thanks Shane and MarkVerified reviewerJob location: E17

Coolaid Air Conditioning Ltd have established a team of professionals that would lend themselves equally to both the commercial and residential market alike, our aim is to provide a service that would be of exceptional quality and value, to meet our client’s requirements.
Our objective is to look at the complete space requirement of each individual project, from conception to completion and beyond to facilitate the seamless integration with all other trades and services as well as the maintenance and aftercare.
We are fully aware of the changes and complications that are occurring in today’s buildings, driven largely by the requirement of energy conservation and information technology.
Domestic
If you’re thinking about installing or replacing a central air conditioner, you’re probably aware that this is one of the most significant home improvements you can make in terms of comfort. On a hot, humid summer day, few amenities add to quality of life more than central air conditioning.
Air conditioning is also one of the most expensive improvements you’re likely to make, so it pays to do your homework and choose wisely.
Split Unit Air Conditioners:
Split unit air conditioners are more effective at cooling, but need to be installed permanently Split unit air conditioner Advantages of split-unit air conditioners: Ideal if you have one room that gets very hot a secure way of air conditioning your home – no need to leave windows open Quieter and more efficient than single units Usually more powerful than single units
Disadvantages of split-unit air conditioners:
Tend to be more expensive than single units Need to be permanently mounted on an outside wall – installation can be tricky and you may need to hire a professional.
Commercial:
Coolaid Air Conditioning Ltd are able to offer a complete design and contracting service covering all aspects of Air-Conditioning services to suit applications for domestic and commercial premises, including Apartments, Summer Houses, Conservatories, Offices, Computer Rooms, Laboratories, Hotels, Factory Areas and many other building requirements.

We also work alongside independent Consultant Engineers under pre-designed ‘traditional build’ style contracts.
Climate Control In Industrial/Commercial Buildings
We have vast experience in air conditioning installation in both new build and refurbishment projects on all types of commercial premises. We’ll work with you to find what your priority is, whether that’s efficiency, precision, reaching energy targets, or all three. We can then design and recommend an air conditioning system that will fit in perfectly with your goals.
Quality Equipment
We offer a full range of systems and services for buildings of any size and use, including:
Basic split systems, Quad systems, VRV Heat Reclaim, R22 replacement, Central Plant, Air Handling Units, Gas Driven GHP – VRF Systems, Heat recovery wheels and exchangers, Chillers for fan coils and process applications, Evaporative cooling systems
VRF And VRV Air Conditioning
VRF/VRV air conditioning is the best solution for medium to large applications, including hotels, retail spaces, larger offices and mixed-use buildings.
The systems are extremely efficient, reliable and easy to control, capable of meeting larger buildings’ complete heating and cooling requirements. They also come with reduced installation times, minimising disruption.
There are two types of VRF/VRV system, heat pump and heat recovery. Heat pump VRF/VRV systems can provide either heating or cooling to a building at any given time, making them ideal for open plan areas.
Heat recovery VRF/VRV systems are capable of providing simultaneous heating and cooling to different areas at the same time, making them perfect for buildings with lots of individual rooms. The most efficient commercial air conditioning systems, they recover waste heat from around the building, using it to heat other rooms and hot water. Heat recovery systems are also more flexible, as you have the option to heat one room while cooling another.
Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) Integrated Climate Control
A Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) system is a multi-zone air conditioner with variable refrigerant flow control. It gives you the ability to maintain individual zone control in each room and floor of a commercial building.
VRV provides a total solution for heating, cooling, ventilation, hot water production, air curtains and central control.
Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF)
Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) is an air condition system configuration
where there is one outdoor condensing unit and multiple indoor units.
The system can control the amount of refrigerant flowing to the multiple
indoor units, enabling the use of many indoor units of differing capacities and configurations connected to a single condensing unit.

Why Choose us:
Service & Maintenance
For your peace of mind we strongly recommend that your systems are subject to regular maintenance. It is a recognised fact that a regularly serviced air conditioning unit will have a far longer lifespan, will have higher performance and be more energy efficient than a unit which does not receive Planned Preventative Maintenance.
Installation
When selecting an air conditioner for your home or office, there are many factors to take into consideration including the number of rooms you would like cooled, the dimensions and layout as well as aesthetics.
Cost is also an important consideration so we can install a range of air conditioners to suit all budgets. There are also different models, designs and manufacturers to consider.
Heat Pumps
An air source heat pump extracts heat from the outside air in the same way that a fridge extracts heat from its inside. It can get heat from the air even when the temperature is as low as -15°C.
Heat pumps have some impact on the environment as they need electricity to run, but the heat they extract from the ground, air, or water is constantly being renewed naturally.
