Syd at cool 365 has been an absolute diamond in the face of a very difficult situation. Unfortunately our installation project couldn't be completed due to access issues caused by our neighbour. Throughout he was supportive, responsive and understanding. I can't recommend him / them enough. Dan & Alfie who came today to remove some equipment were also very professional and polite. If you're looking for an honest and professional company for your AC needs, look no further! Thank you to everyone at cool 365 and we're sorry we couldn't reach the outcome we all pushed for and wanted.

Air con installation in flat living area

Many thanks to Perry and Daniel who installed a single unit in my third floor flat. Despite finding a few barriers, including drainage pipes and ventilation ducting in the way, they managed to pipe the unit with only one hole made in the ceiling. They were very careful in checking everything with me before proceeding and cleaned up after themselves. Super guys and highly recommended.
