Finn was very quick to respond to my enquiry. He assessed the issue thoroughly and gave reasonable quote and good time line to complete the task. He was polite & courteous and completed the work in 2 days. Fixing the creaks and refitting the carpet. We now have a quiet stair case and landing - thank goodness. Great job Finn!
