Conway Chartered Surveyors are excellent, specifically Dirk Springer who performed an L3 survey for me. Dirk was very professional, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had very little knowledge of the process, what to expect and the work that would be undertaken for an L3 survey but Dirk kept me well informed throughout. He also worked very efficiently and quickly to provide me with a report ahead of the long bank holiday weekend which helped me immensely. Very grateful and highly recommended.

Dirk did a detailed survey on a property I am purchasing and went over all issues with me via email and via telephone. I am buying this property on my own so I really appreciated how patient he was in helping me understand how to navigate building/structural issues. he also helped with finding contractors etc.

I found the pre-use of service useful - I asked questions and gained an insight into what they would provide. I found the fee fair and the report easy to understand and helpful in my purchase of the property as I was able to use it to negotiate a £10,000 saving. Thanks
