Continental Environmental Services are reliable and report quickly as to what is required to complete an asbestos surveys. They advised me early on as to a desktop study and attended to complete the survey in 2 days and reported it in 5 days. A management plan was also provided to help understand the long term management. Not all the asbestos identified needed to be removed. I would highly recommend Continental Environmental Services to contact them before starting works or even buying the property

Martin was very informative and professional when conducting his asbestos survey on some tiles I had. He kept me up to date and and answered any questions I had. Would definitely use his services again.

I used Continental Environmental Services to assist with an old boiler flue from the 1970's that a previous owner of the house had left in situ when replacing a previous boiler. Martin was very prompt in coming to look at the flue, didn't oversell or push me into removing the flue which could have disrupted other rooms in the house. As a result, we agreed to paint the flue with encapsulating paint and the price was very reasonable. The flue looks much better. I also have artex ceilings so will definitely contact Martin to get them tested before decorating
