I used Continental Environmental Services to assist with an old boiler flue from the 1970's that a previous owner of the house had left in situ when replacing a previous boiler. Martin was very prompt in coming to look at the flue, didn't oversell or push me into removing the flue which could have disrupted other rooms in the house. As a result, we agreed to paint the flue with encapsulating paint and the price was very reasonable. The flue looks much better. I also have artex ceilings so will definitely contact Martin to get them tested before decorating

Martin visited our site a number of times to make sure all areas were covered. He arranged removal and followed up to make sure everything was in order. The service was swift and efficient.

Contacted CES ltd regarding the possibility to perform a pre-purchase Asbestos Survey on a property. Initial exchanges with both Martin and Daniel Klaassen. An Asbestos Management Survey was proposed and performed within days, focusing on refurbishment plans shared. Positive results allowed the purchase to proceed as normal. Warning on minor Asbestos risk was received, with a mitigation action recommendation. I would certainly recommend to use CES ltd and I would use their services again myself.
