  I can only say positive things about Construvida Limited. From start to finish, they were absolutely excellent. They took full responsibility for the entire process and managed the project proactively and professionally. Throughout a large renovation and refurbishment, they handled all aspects independently, dealt efficiently with any challenges that naturally arose, and ensured that everything kept moving forward without unnecessary stress for us as clients.   Kitchen extension and bathroom renovations

  Ilirjan, Shpresim and their team were excellent from day 1. I had different quotes for my extension but no others were as comprehensive, and whilst theirs was slightly more expensive, the detail in the quote demonstrated they know what they’re doing and I would be getting quality work. They exceeded my expectations in terms of their high standards and work ethic, and as someone doing the project solo, their expertise and advice was appreciated throughout. Everything was completed to a very high standard because they genuinely care about their work. I won’t hesitate to use them for future jobs

  Extension, full house renovation

  Ilirjan and the team were excellent. They worked quickly to a high standard and clearly cared about the results of thier work throughtout the project. The communication throughout the project was good, we knew what to expect and questions were responded to quickly. When small unexpected items came up the level of practical probelm solving was great. They gave us honest advice and were helpful from start to finish. The timeframe and scope they gave us were pretty spot on over a 4 month period. Overall would highly recommend Ilirjan and his team.

  I’m very happy with the work they did on my home. They built an extension and everything turned out just as I imagined—well finished, clean, and using good quality materials. They were very professional, met the agreed deadlines, and were always attentive to my needs. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable, high-quality work.

  Joinery works of the store we carried out fit out jobs

  They carried out joinery works as a subcontractor to us. They are respectful guys, keen to details and quick most importantly. They also complied with all site rules even though the site was a little difficult to work at. We still carry on our business with them
