Reliable and professional service from Dan and his team to add/remove doors, windows, walls and stairs to create a single upstairs floorplan, and separate annex. From the start Dan was easy to work with and very honest. Our builders, George and Andy, were very experienced and able to talk us through all of the changes we wanted to come up with a realtistic and workable plan. Our house is old and threw plenty of suprises at us, but each time Dan and his team stepped in straight away to help us get everything sorted and keep us on track with no delays.

Dan and his team built a lean to on the side of our property and have also done a number of other bits of ad-hoc work inside and outside the house. They were professional, meticulous and communicative throughout. Would recommend.

From quote to completion they were excellent! Ensuring no 'hidden costs' and even helped ensure the work was completed in time. I converted my garage and needed support to understand my options, impact to cost and potential for any added material costs. They were great from design to delivery/ action. Checking with me at varied stages to ensure the end product was what j wanted and even helped ensure sign off to add the room to my official building plans. End result is an additional room, cost within budget and no loss to storage space having added room storage. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Undertook a utility renovation for us, all undertaken as per original programme. We were consulted on any extras and improvements before works undertaken for a much better outcome. Very pleased with the new utility room.
