Job location: TS21From initial contact, to completion, both the service provided and communication were excellent throughout. Each stage of the repair was explained, which gave me a better understanding of why the problem occurred and what to look out for in future. They arrived on time and kept me informed of their findings. Completed the job efficiently and tidied up after themselves. There is an issue with the boiler and as it is still under guarantee they contacted Baxi for me and have arranged for someone to come out in a couple of days time.
