Very disappointed with the service. I booked it at 9 am and asked all my staff to arrive at 10 am to give enough time for the engineer to work under the desks before anyone arrives. The engineer was 20 minutes late, then didn't start testing the plugs another 10 minutes later, which meant he only had half an hour to do the desks, which obviously wasn't enough, and my staff started arriving whilst he still needed to carry work under the desks. So it was quite disruptive. Furthermore, when I called to chase the ETA of the engineer, the person I spoke to hung up on me! Won't be using again.

Found the engineer to be very friendly and informative, even though he wasn't able to fix the problem gave useful advice, would definitely use them again as found them efficient from the beginning to the end.

Christian installed our CCTV system with great attention to detail. The cameras are clear and the setup was quick. Very happy with the results.
