I feel very fortunate that I chose Confidence Group to carry out the work on our kitchen diner refurbishment. The entire layout of the room was changed swapping the kitchen and dining areas, installing new bifold doors, new plumbing, new lighting, new flooring. To say it is a transformation is a understatement. Not only was the work completed to the highest standard but Jamie and Andy showed such friendliness and professionalism. Jamie masterminded a complex project brilliantly and the from their first visit to quote us for the work we knew we could trust Jamie and Andy to do an amazing job.

Our magic corner kitchen unit finally packed in and Jamie gave us the option to replace the unit or build a simple shelf and remove the other contraption, converting the door to a slow closing side hinge. He did a great, neat job tailored to our requirements. He was courteous, efficient, tidy and friendly and just got on with the job. Importantly the amount charged was exactly as quoted. This was a competitive quote compared to others for the same job. I am happy to recommend this company and would consider them for other work.

We would highly recommend Jamie and his team. We can't thank enough them for the amazing job they did with our kitchen. All work is completed to the high standards. Confidence group offer very professional services, very experienced, well organised. All of them was very kind, punctual and give good advice. Also, communication was great.

They arrived when they said they would, they were courteous, and kept me up to date with any changes that were needed. The end result was smart and good quality.

The works were completed with the minimum of disruption. They were at pains to protect the floors and furniture and did a good job of clearing up at the end of each day. Any problems were fully explained and dealt with efficiently. They came when they said they would and were polite and cheerful throughout. We were very happy with their recommendations for the other tradespeople required. They didn't go over the cost quoted. We are delighted with the final result and would not hesitate in using Jamie and his team for future works.
