Christiano and the concept team were exemplary from start to finish. Incredible attention to detail, customer care and over and above service. I could not reccomend them more highly.

Cristiano came highly recommended for our bathroom renovation and we were not disappointed. His attention to detail (for example matching up the pattern of our marble tiles when he cut them so the pattern ran seamlessly from floor to wall) and expertise were greatly appreciated. He kept me updated throughout and provided suggestions/options when appropriate. I felt very comfortable leaving him in our home when we were not there and appreciated his approaching to cleaning up at the end of the day to minimise the disruption in our home. I would call on Cristianos expertise again.

Very neat and tidy, did the work when they said they would, were very accommodating when we changed some of our plans.

Concept Kitchens were very polite and prompt in their communication. Yet they gave a quote more than four times what the jobs costs! I had three other quotes, all literally less than a quarter of the Concept Kitchens one. The three other quotes were more or less the same. It was a job that cost £90 incl. VAT and Concept quoted £400+VAT!

Cristiano and Raphael were fantastic. They worked incredibly cleanly, which was a big thing for us. We had a very complicated design and they managed it perfectly. The finished bathroom exceeded all expectations and the only down side is that we don't get to hang out with them anymore! The dog is furious. I can't recommend them enough. Great job.
