Excellent communication and quality of work completed

After me choosing the door design from various catalogues, Chris and his Concept team got straight to work ordering it, then when delivered, installing it, keeping me regularly posted along the way. However, I was unhappy with the short leverage of the delivered door’s internal locking mechanism. Despite several efforts by Chris to make it open any easier, then chasing the manufacturers to replace it, Chris replaced it himself. Initially temporarily, then permanently. In doing so, I felt he went the extra mile to get what the customer wanted, whilst keeping me informed of progress throughout.

Chris and his team done an excellent job. Great communication and really tried hard to make things as smooth as possible. Chris helped me keep my washing machine as long as possible even though it was in the way, but would do what he could to help me while the building works was happening. Definitely will be using Chris again and highly recommended!

Chris is incredible - he manages every aspect of the building work, end to end and communicates throughout. The best part is that he sticks very closely to his initial quote, which really helps with budgeting. I now have an extremely nice kitchen that is durable and will last a very, very long time.

Chris and his team did an amazing job. Even though walls were taken down they were very clean and tidied up everything daily. Chris has an excellent eye for detail, and we are very pleased with the final result. We would definitely use Chris again for any future works.

Chris and his team were fantastic from start to finish, from timekeeping, keeping the area clean and tidy whilst working and finally the end result of the project. The client couldn’t happier with how it turned out, and will get to sit under her favourite tree for many more years to come. Definitely recommend Chris and his team.
