Paul and mark fitted new alarm on my property great job no mess explained all about the alarm system and everything worked could not have asked for better well done

Contacted Paul regarding having my alarm reprogrammed and was quoted an initial price, upon further contact, he explained that he may not need to come out and sort it and could do it over the phone. I contacted him prior to sorting the issue and was told what I’d need (engineer code) and how long it would roughly take (10-15 mins). I rang him on a day and time that worked best for me and it was sorted within the time scale originally given. I would highly recommend him as he was very helpful and also saved both of us time as he didn’t need to come out and explained everything over the phone.

Wanted a new alarm system, as our old one was dead. The guys kept me informed, and did an excellent job. The work was clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Punctual, attention to detail, pleasant, speedily carried out, excellent equipment chosen for the task and very pleased with the end product and cost.

Came out within an hour of ringing and at the end of the day to deal with my alarm not switching off. Removed his work boots without asking and fixed the issue in no time. Carried out a full system check whilst he was there. Apologies for not catching your name but I would highly recommend you to anyone!
