We had a new Worcester combi boiler fitted. Our old one was playing up and I was concerned it might breakdown over Christmas and the New Year. Dan kindly came and quoted to replace the old one. I discussed if it could be done before Christmas because of my concerns, Dan alocated a slot to carryout the work and we went ahead. They arrived at 08.30 and left just after 17.00hrs. Job done, Everything was in good working order, they took time to explain how everything worked and left everywhere in a clean condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan and Miles for any plumbing or heating job.

We have used Compton & Cross a few times now and have always been really pleased with their work. They are timely, tidy and a real pleasure to have in your home. They have plumbed out our extension in the past and most recently have replaced some old radiators for us. Everything done to an excellent standard for a fair price. We will definitely be using them again when we come to giving the upstairs of the house a make over.

Tom was great, his work is excellent — very tidy, thorough, and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. I had an issue with one of the radiators, and he kindly took the time to sort it for me. He’s a real credit to himself and the company. From the initial contact to receiving the quote, everything was smooth and straightforward. The quote was very reasonable and affordable compared to other companies.

Dan came and did our yearly boiler service, which he installed a year ago. As usual, very professional, clean and tidy. Can't fault him and would strongly recommend this company.

I had Miles and Dan reposition a 2 /3 year old bath and wash basin hence allowing a walk in shower and comfort fit WC (the existing on was too low) to be added. They also removed the wall tiles, which were only in small areas, and completely retiled the whole bathroom. All the work was completed in under the 2 weeks they had estimated. All new items I was able to specify details for and they advised me with photos and prices before commencing the work. Their price was very reasonable compared with the other quotes I had. Thank you so much for a fantastic job done in a clean and tidy manner.

Really pleased with the work Dan and his team did when re-fitting our bathroom. They were really reliable and everything was completed to a high standard. I would definitely recommend them for any bathroom fitting projects.
