Mark and his team were brilliant. Not only were they fantastic as replacing my gutters and fasica there were also very tidy and great at communicating And easy to approach. We would definitely recommend theses guys

Avoid Complete Roofcare (Mark Brooker). Work was substandard and left unresolved, despite repeated assurances. He cancelled multiple appointments, failed to show up without explanation or apology, and when finally forced to attend, abandoned the job, claiming he needed materials but never returned. Ignored all contact, including signed-for mail. Left rubble-filled gutters, causing water to pour down my wall. avoid at all costs. This has been resubmitted due to a picture not uploading correctly. Interestingly, the day after my review, six 10* reviews appeared - all on the same day. Coincidence?

Replaced my flat roof fantastic guys mark was the cheapest and most professional

We recently had some issues with the roof on our house and decided it was time to replace instead of trying to repair (we had tried that option with limited success). We decided to go through Checkatrade and came across Complete roofcare. They promptly arrived two days later to Carry out the survey/quote. The job was carried out with the highest skill and proficiency from start to finish. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of each working day and safe and protected from the elements. We were informed of progress at each stage of the project. And the final finish was fantastic.

From the momemt of first contact to tje end of the project Mark and the team were professional, friendly and punctual i got Mark and his team in after being let down by another roofing contractor and he really helped get me out of rubbish situation and i couldnt be more grateful 10/10
