Of the 4 roofers we called out to give us a quote for the work required on our leaky bay window in our bedroom. Mark was the only one who was professional enough to give us a quote on paper with a business card. Despite the roof ending up needing a complete replacement due to dry rot. Mark promptly gave us a revised quote for the work required as soon as we agreed the sum and scope required. His team including Levi were on site preparing to complete the job in just a few days. Mark and his team were truly excellent in their work and professionalism in fixing our roof. They were able to identify the issues quickly and were extremely open in their communication to us about the issues. Their customer care was superb and every me ever of the team made sure we were well looked after, especially considering the urgency of the work. The quality of work and consistent communication is was a real reassurance throughout the process and the speed at which they were able to complete the work.
