  Excellent from start to finish after taking time to find out exactly what the project needed to restore an older property that needed taking back to the brick and insulating. Friendly staff who kept us abreast of what was happening and went out of their way to be helpful and offer advice when it was sought.

  We had some damp which required attention

  The Complete Plastering and Damp Proofing Solutions team were fantastic through out the whole process. The customer service team we excellent at keeping me in the loop and went out of their way to help when I was struggling to organise the initial quote. The work was carried out promptly to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy once the job was complete. Cannot recommend the team highly enough.

  Honesty

  Been having a few issues with what I thought was a damp problem after another company came and told me it was rising damp. After complete plastering visited the technician was very thorough and told me it was condensation not rising damp, this was a massive relief to be told. If you want an honest assessment and quote use these guys

  Rising damp investigation and damp proof course

  I had evidence of damp and they came quickly and investigated and identified that DPC needed plus offered to put in thermal panels. The work was done on time and was done really well. I was also really impressed with the communication from Sophie in particular as well as Josh and the team in the office - really good customer service experience and would highly recommend their services !

  Damp proofing & plastering work

  Very skilled company and workers. All my work has been completed to a high standard and I am very pleased with the results . A few different workers and every one of them was very professional and always cleaned up after themselves . I will be using complete plastering again most definitely.
