    Rats in the garden

    We contacted the team after spotting a couple of rats in the garden. Communication and service provided was excellent all along. Bait boxes were installed and regular check ups followed, to ensure the bait was being taken, with boxes being topped up with each visit. We’ve got the result we wanted!

    Mice Problem

    Went on the reviews that I had seen about Complete Pest Control and in particular Ian. He is so professional and does such a thorough job. This is a company that deals with proofing the property to secure any potential entry points. They do further visits to ensure that everything is ok. Could not recommend Ian and Complete Pest Control enough. Nothing has returned since his visit.

    Mice infestation

    I had a mice issue since Nov 2024. We tried everything to get rid of them. We first tried a different pest company who were unable to sort out the issue. We then used this company ‘Complete Pest Control’ Ian from the company came and had a look around my house to see where the mice are coming from. He was very confident that he can sort the issue, which put my mind at ease. Ian then came back a few days later and done all the proofing etc. It’s been 2 weeks and not a dropping or mice in site. I have cameras also set up and that has not defected anything either. I highly recommend them!!

    Mouse pest control

    We experienced a problem with mice in our home - Ian was calm and reassuring and provided a clear action plan detailing the work to block holes that was required. The work was carried out promptly and professionally, so I would certainly recommend to anyone else.

    Pest control

    Ian contacted me through Checkatrade and arranged a time to visit my property. He carried out a survey to quote for the job and we spoke to discuss what needed to be done and looked at. He then worked out a suitable time with my tenant to carry out the mouse proofing. He was clean and tidy and from the pictures he took i'm very happy with the workmanship. Ian was very easy to talk to and the process was a breeze, so i would deffinately recommend him.
