New flooring

John fitted new flooring to most of my downstairs. He is hard working, very thorough and punctual and communication was very good from the first appointment through to fitting. I would definitely recommend and would use again in the future.

Carpet fitting in kids bedrooms

John, done a great job with supplying and fitting carpets in both our kids bedrooms. He was understanding and gave us various options with what carpets we could pick. John was on time and very tidy. Would recommend!

Replacement Carpets in 3 bedrooms

John was responsive and helpful from the outset, advising us on what was required, our options and his suggestions. He took care of ordering the carpet once chosen and fitting went smoothly. Pricing was clear and communication was great throughout. Highly recommended.

Fitted carpets to lounge and study

John and Daniel fitted a new carpet to our lounge and study. John helped us to select the carpet and they laid it perfectly. It was a difficult job because a piano and other furniture had to be moved and an ethernet cable for our broadband protected. We are absolutely satisfied with the work and would recommend them without any reservations.

New lounge carpet

We've used Completely Carpets before so didn't hesitate to contact John again and ask his advice when the lounge carpet needed replacing. John is very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right type of carpet for our needs (wheelchair user so needs to be hard-wearing but stylish too). The carpet went down yesterday and it looks fabulous! Everyone who's seen it likes it, and John and Daniel did a perfect job! They are tidy workers, polite and a pleasure to do business with.
