Thank heavens for people like Mark!! Even on New Year's Day, Mark was at our door within an hour and a half to fix the security lock on our front door which jammed in the early hours of the morning!!! He immediately identified the problem and told us right away what the total cost would be, including the callout fee and asked if we wanted the job done. He had exactly the right replacement in his van. Within 30 minutes the work was complete and we were extremely happy with the result AND the excellent extra security advice. Amazing service from Mark Steerment at Complete Locksmith Services LTD today. I thought my door lock had broken but it just needed some wd40 and he wouldn’t charge me anything, not even a call out fee! He also gave me some really good home security advice. Mark answered my email very quickly and arranged to visit on the same day. Mark was very efficient, curteous and helpful. He immediately identified the problem and changed my faulty front door handles. Mark explained the cost to me before he started. This was 5 star service which I would highly recommend. Mark came round to change my cylinder and when I told him I didn’t have a key for a deadlock, he changed that too and cut me some extra keys.
