  Amazing service from Mark Steerment at Complete Locksmith Services LTD today. I thought my door lock had broken but it just needed some wd40 and he wouldn’t charge me anything, not even a call out fee! He also gave me some really good home security advice. Beyond impressed and I would highly recommend! 👏

  A great locksmith company

  Mark answered my email very quickly and arranged to visit on the same day. Mark was very efficient, curteous and helpful. He immediately identified the problem and changed my faulty front door handles. Mark explained the cost to me before he started. This was 5 star service which I would highly recommend. It was a pleasure to deal with a company which puts his customers first.

  Cylinder replacement

  Mark came round to change my cylinder and when I told him I didn’t have a key for a deadlock, he changed that too and cut me some extra keys. A lovely down to earth man who knows what he’s talking about! Also works hard to keep the area tidy while working. Would definitely recommend.
