They moved appointments around same day and had someone out same day to help me out. Managed to get back on track with my kitchen refurb all thanks to the quick response and professional service.

I had my boiler serviced and off the back off the experience am looking at taking out a boiler car plan going forward. The engineer that attended was polite, efficient and clean. Special shout out to the office staff, think her name was Pauline - extremely helpful and lovely. Great local firm. Look forward to seeing them again next time.

Paul from CG&P was very quick to respond to my query and book a visit in at my property. Following the inspection he advised that there were no issues and gave advice on rectifying the issue even advising on a contact for the remedial work. Great help at a stressful time. I would highly recommend this company. They were prompt with their time keeping and very polite .They worked in a very tidy and efficient way, after each day all materials etc were left tidy for the following day and I was kept informed of each stage of the job. On completion of the work, all waste material was taken away, and the quality of the work carried out was excellent. The company responded very quickly to my request. The fitter was on time and very efficient. The problem was a faulty valve which was supplied and fitted within an hour. The whole experience was very satisfactory and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
