Paul from CG&P was very quick to respond to my query and book a visit in at my property. Following the inspection he advised that there were no issues and gave advice on rectifying the issue even advising on a contact for the remedial work. Great help at a stressful time. I would highly recommend this company. They were prompt with their time keeping and very polite .They worked in a very tidy and efficient way, after each day all materials etc were left tidy for the following day and I was kept informed of each stage of the job. On completion of the work, all waste material was taken away, and the quality of the work carried out was excellent. The company responded very quickly to my request. The fitter was on time and very efficient. The problem was a faulty valve which was supplied and fitted within an hour. The whole experience was very satisfactory and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

An initial visit led them to identify the likely source of the leak and then a return visit was arranged with sufficient time to confirm and solve the problem. The work was done efficiently and the problem solved. The only challenge for us was fitting a broad arrival time window in around our work schedules, however, we highly recommend their services and appreciated the very speedy response to our enquiry.

After using a previous plumber, we had a water leak in our ceiling. The company came out to our house within a couple of hours, traced and fixed the leak, and removed the water damaged part of the ceiling. Today, they filled the hole in the ceiling, and also checked some other problems we have around the house in order to provide estimates. They were very prompt, courteous and helpful.
