From start to finish everything went to plan, ie the work carried out by Lee a great young man who treated my wife and I with courtesy and respect, while doing a real pro job of the work. Every evening he cleared up all waste and rubbish, and as said did a wonderful job of the project 100% thankyou.

We really couldn’t have asked for more from Mark, Lee and Liam. We had 3 full bathroom refurbs carried out to an excellent standard. Always on time, cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond for us with unexpected bits and pieces that popped up during the work.

Mark and Lee were excellent. They were efficient, courteous and extremely good at problem solving. They kept us communicated with every step of the way. They were very caring and considerate. They did an excellent job and were happy to go the extra mile to resolve our problem. We would definitely have them back for more work if we have some and would recommend their services to other people.

Due to previous wet room installation being very poor I told Mark, when he undertook his initial survey, that I wanted the job to be perfect. And boy did he, Lee and Liam deliver. Superb workmanship and technical knowledge delivered by the team. This included coming up with suggested improvements to the scheme to enhance my original requirements. Got exactly what I asked for which was a superb finished project and more.

I cannot praise Lee from Complete En Suites enough. After having 5 other so called plumbers out over the past month to fix a leaky toilet, Lee managed to fix it, no problem. Reasonable price, lovely friendly, respectful young man who is top of his game. Thank you Lee for resolving my problem toilet.

Mark, Lee and Liam completed an amazing transformation on our bathroom. The quality and workmanship, especially the attention to detail was second to non. From start to finish they understood our needs and completed them to perfection. All the guys were very professional and courteous and their time keeping was excellent. Would highly recommend this company, a great team !
