Jake was brilliant from the start very quickly offering to come round and quote for the job. he gave great advice about positioning and the booked in the work. his work was neat and despite earlier thoughts managed to do both leaving zero visible wiring on the outside of the house he stayed to make sure the ring connection to the new cameras worked. Great work from a friendly and reliable tradesmen at a good price. would highly recommend

From start to finish very professional and personable, explained everything and took time to go through camera usage. Very tidy no mess and always on time, will defiantly recommend them and use them again for future electrical, security work.

Jake was very responsive, punctual and professional. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone looking for a reliable security service. I will highlight that they don’t accept card payments so very kindly agreed to let me pay in two instalments via bank transfer as I couldn’t use my credit card to pay in full.

Whilst a reasonably simple job for an expert (backup battery change) the service from Jake was excellent. Quick response, great technical knowledge and also very customer focused. Highly recommended -Thank you!
