  I called Complete Drainage Solutions to clear a blocked drain and external pipework (having been let down twice by another local company!) They arrived promptly and were efficient and effective in resolving my drain issue. The team are friendly, helpful and carried out the work with an excellent attitude. The work was priced competitively ( cheaper than my initial contact!) CDS is the company you need for drainage issues

  Blocked Drains

  We sent an enquiry by email. It was answered promptly with a phone call. This resulted in Craig attending to do the job. Craig did not try to blind me with science he explained everything that was causing the problem and proceeded to unblock the drains. A pleasure to deal with and should the need arise again their contact details are in my phone.

  Foul smell from drain

  The team attended our office location and started the investigation promptly, taking time to explain the possible various causes and locations, once they had narrowed it down to a specific area they had to dismantle the toilet and did so with the minimum of damage. they fixed the issue and cleaned up the area of any water. Totally professional, took photographs of hard to reach places to show me and explain the drain layouts for future reference. The quotation for the work was much more competitively priced and than other quotes.

  Blocked Drain in Village Hall Car Park

  We would highly recommend Complete Drainage Solutions. They attended to fix a blocked drain in our local village hall car park which had backed up and overflowed. The communication was excellent at every stage, and both the engineer and the office team were very friendly and helpful. Not only were they able to quickly resolve the issue, but they were able to give us a full explanation of what had caused the problem, along with a written report, and left everything clean and tidy. The cost was very reasonable with no hidden charges. Would definitely use again.

  CCTV survey of drains and subsequent replacement of failing section

  Excellent service all-round from CDS. From the initial CCTV survey of the drains, identification of the problem and then the complete replacement of a section of drain between two inspection chambers - the whole team were friendly, responsive and professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
