A small company - earning a warm thank you from Angela & Tony here in South Wales. Once, having been impressed with the extensive knowledge and expertise of our servicing engineer, we contracted the new company to replace the essential elements of our aged and faulted ASHP system. Chris and the team took delivery of the new unit on site and carried out the installation, pipework and commissioning work in a very efficient, competent fashion and in a cheerful and polite manner, all within a couple of days. A breath of fresh air and thoroughly recommended!

A great couple of guys who were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We mainly wanted the air-con unit to supplement heating in our electrically heated lounge/kitchen/diner, which has vaulted ceiling’s and a large glazed area. It has not disappointed and considerably cut down on our energy useage. We know it will also be helpful, keeping the area cool in the summer months. Great to know that with the addition of our solar panels it is also environmentally friendly. Supper quiet, super efficient .. love it!!

Excellent service provided. Extremely responsive and customer-focused. Our Ecodan installation was carried out very promptly and to a high standard of workmanship. I would highly recommend this company.

From our original chat regarding the installation, nothing was to much for these guys. Arrived on time, good communication and tidy in there work. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Zac and Chris have recently installed a Zen air conditioning unit in my gym. From the first site visit they were very professional and explained all options to me. I took their recommendation and have been over the moon with it. Installation was on time to fit in with my building project. The guys work was tidy and went without incident. Great experience with a knowledgeable specialist, great to disucss isntallation plans and clear on advantages/disadvantages so that I felt infomed and able to make the best decison as its not a small financial committment. Installation was efficient and clean, the overall install looks very slick and professional with well hidden cabling and pipework meaning it looks excellent both inside and outside.
