The whole process from assessing the work to be done to final invoice was excellent. Communication was very effective throughout. The tradesman were excellent and friendly with very high standards. I would use the service again without a second thought.

A wall was removed so that the small kitchen and dining room was one .. steel support supplied and fitted .. building control was compulsory .. room was gutted . Including ceiling .. all new electrics , plumbing ceiling including lighting fitted .. all surfaces re plastered .. new kitchen units and appliances installed . throughout we were kept in the picture as to when each stage would start and when to expect their personnel and sub contractors.. the standard of workmanship was excellent .. we have no negative comments . They will fit a new conservatory in March 25 highly recommend ..

We particularly liked the regular communication and promptness of all work. We did have a problem with the poor quality of floor tiles supplied by Tile Flair but Complete Carpentry and Building helped us negotiate and resolve this. We would definitely use them again and strongly recommend them to others!

Great company, Steph always makes contact keeping you up to date on who is coming and when, very organised and they accommodated a lot of extras that we ended up wanting. A good young and polite team and a big shout out to Haydn.

First time I met Jordan he was extremely polite and very knowledgeable and came up with ideas we hadn’t even considered which has left us with a far better end result than we could have imagined. His attention to detail is second to none and he really cares about the home he is leaving you with, his standards super high. Jordans wife Steph runs the admin side and I can’t speak highly enough of her. Any time of day you message Steph she is kind, friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. All the guys they have on the team are also fantastic. I can’t recommend complete carpentry enough.

Fantastic customer service from a local family run business. The team were always on hand to answer questions and explain what was being done and what was being done next. Although there was major disruption to our home they did their best to minimise the effect on us. We always felt we were their priority. All the work they have carried out has been done to extremely high standards. They managed the build from conception to completion, offering advice and support when needed. We are very happy with everything that has been done and would not hesitate to recommend them for any building job.
