All my communication and dealings with staff at Communitech, by email, phone and in person were responded to quickly , professionally and in a polite and friendly manner. The engineer arrived on time and explained what he would be doing and offered guidance to us on how to operate the alarm system, once it was installed . He also encouraged us to call the company, at any time if we had any questions or queries .
