We called Carl for some remedial electrical works and also to fit a socket to our garden gazebo . Carl was quick to respond. We found him very professional and efficient and would have no hesitation in recommending Carl.

We contracted Karl at CPS to repair our electric gates plus undertake a few other electrical issues that we had. We found Karl to be very helpful, polite and professional at all times. we would highly recommend CPS and would most certainly use CPS Kent again.

I submitted a quote request yesterday as we were having issues fitting a new extractor fan and Carl responded quickly, asked for some photos, and offered to come round today at 9:30 to do the job. He was polite and personable, and keen to help. He fitted the extractor fan quickly and efficiently. He explained the issue with it (PCB not working) and fitted the new one (luckily I had picked up another one when we were having issues with it!). Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely call Carl at CPS for any future jobs

Carl has worked on our aging electric gates several times over the past year, most recently fitting a new motor system for us. He is very skilled, always responds quickly (even at Christmas!) and maintains great communication. Carl really goes the extra mile, both in terms of sourcing parts and his dedication to solving problems. He also has an exceptionally friendly and personable manner. We wouldn’t hesitate in contacting him for any future gate repairs or electrical installation work and can’t recommend him highly enough.

Arrived on the same day that I contacted Carl and quickly established cause of failure. Ob tained replacement PCB which initially worked but failed after 24 hours. Came out again and checked out system determining that replacement PCB had failed . Obtained a further replacement PCB and set it up. System working perfectly since work completed. A pleasure to work with and held to the price quoted for the repair. Will use again without hesitation
