  Beautiful bathroom renovation

  We wanted our bathroom renovated, including removing existing bath, running new pipework for radiator and shower, installing new lights and electrical cable for LED mirror, plastering and tiling to turn into a wet room. Cables and pipes were old, and the small rectified tile for the bathroom were tricky to work with, yet he worked hard persistently and punctually to finish the job. He has been polite yet honest about his opinion. When I wished for more details after the job is done, he came next day and finished it to my satisfaction. So glad to find him. Would happily work with him again.

  Wonky and Wobbly Bathroom and WC install. Do not let his plasterer anywhere near your home!

  Nice guy, poor workmanship. Extractor fan, mirror, radiators & vanity were all installed wonky/wobbly. He attempted to fix some of these, but ALL had to be refit myself after he left. Sealant work was messy with visible smears left all over the panels. Large gaps left in shower sealant which I had to redo. Panels not sealed at the ceiling. Plastering was horrifying (2 attempts). Still massive lumps and bulges throughout. No cleanup. Plaster left on doors, architraves, and banisters. Click vinyl installed with big gaps around architraves. Avoidable by laying starting from the opposite direction

  Thank you for your feedback. I feel it is important to clarify a few points to ensure an accurate understanding of the project. During the works, I was not permitted to carry out tasks in my usual professional manner. There was frequent pressure and intervention from yourself and family members, which made it difficult to follow standard working processes that I have successfully used for many years.   This company refurbished my bathroom, they did an amazing job and helped bring our ideas for the area to life. They were extremely professional and didnt cut any corners. They always made sure they got our approval on decisions being made.
