Always friendly and warm when speaking to the office and whenever I have one of the guys come to the house to sort out the alarm.

I had my Colt alarm fitted in 1998 I think it was I've never had any reason to be unhappy with the service I get. And today the engineer did service my alarm. All good, and he added a new number for a key holder, saved me a struggle doing it myself. Very happy to recommend Colt Security Systems

Could not remotely dial in or out of the Alarm System. James identified the cause and stated I needed a new WIFI card and aerial, which he ordered. On his return to us both were replaced and within 20 minutes system was up and running again.
