Had no problem very professional work and would highly recommend

Installed my new system after moving home Very careful and tidy install to my complete satisfaction. Once completed run through how the system works as well as ensuring I installed the app on my phone and how that works I have been a customer of Colts for nigh on 36 years and they are the only Alarm company I would recommend If I wasn’t happy with the service I have had during that time I would have gone elsewhere I didn’t because no issue is too big or too small that they would resolve and the systems they install is tailored to your needs .

Easy to arrange a service visit, convenient time agreed, engineer arrived on time, polite and friendly ….. basically, just what you want.

Fab customer service. Called them just yesterday to check a code on the panel (battery). Came the very next day and sorted within 15mins and with a friendly engineer too!

Excellent communication, arrived on time, work carried out without any issues and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleasant, no fuss job
