  Roof lift and loft conversion

  Fantastic team that worked on our build. Couldn’t of asked of anymore of them. Attention to detail is first class they worked clean always professional and considerate to the neighbours as the street very tight for parking. Shoutout to Jack and Matt these lads make this company they really are very talented did all the roof lift by hand each bit of timber work was done by them in fairness 90% of build was done by Jack and Matt we are over the moon with our new home. Also Angela the main communication of Colton always there if I had a question always answered quickly amazing lady Thank you x

  Return side extension and associated work including new WC and utility room

  Colton Roofing came recommended from a friend who also had a extention. We discussed our project with Sean who gave us several idea's which we took up. The major part of the work was carried out efficiently and on time, as with all projects there was a few issues but these were dealt with to our satisfaction. The building inspector comments "that the work was carried out to high standard" which gave us the peace of mind. Would I have them back and recommend them, yes. Thanks

  2 storey side extension and single story rear

  Very impressed with the workmanship carried out by Colton Roofing. The team themselves are very professional, very polite and go that extra mile to make sure you're happy with their work, explaining what they're doing as the go. At the end of each day they make the effort to tidy as much as they can to keep any mess to a minimum. The new extension looks amazing and have had so many people ask for the name of the builders.

  New roof covering to double garage.

  First class service by a team of 3 experienced tradesmen. Existing felt roof covering removed and loaded straight into van. No mess whatsoever. New Fatra single ply membrane installed and whole job completed in about 4 hours. A job properly done and would recommend without reservation.

  Replacing ridge tiles, and damaged tiles.

  Kept us well informed about what was needed, colour matched tiles that were replaced. The guys were efficient, and work hard. The finished job looks wonderful, we are extremely pleased with both the work, the work ethic, and the politeness, and friendliness of the team of men.
