  Colby was outstanding! He arrived on a Sunday morning to repair our flushing mechanism on the toilet. He took the time and due care to replace the part and also made an extra trip to Toolstation to replace all the old rusty plates and bolts for new ones. Very impressed.

I called Cols Plumbing and Heating after experiencing a major boiler issue, and they were quick to respond, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Colby arrived on time, diagnosed the problem straight away, and had everything fixed quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, respectful of my home, and explained everything clearly. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are this reliable and honest. The pricing was very fair, and the work came with a guarantee, which gave me extra peace of mind.
