Unfortunately this customer had unrealistic expectation of what a power flush would do. No payment was taken upfront but he was advised that it may not rectify blockage. We flushed this property on two occasions with the second time being free of charge, we have also been in communication with the customer about possible other options.
I’m extremely disappointed in the reviews as this can effect future works as you can see from previous reviews we deliver and excellent service.
