    Gas hob replacement

    I had my gas hob replaced today. It wasn’t a complicated job — just swapping out the old hob for a new one — but I wanted to be sure the gas pressure was correct and there were no leaks. Peter responded to my Checkatrade message almost immediately and was able to book me in just a couple of days later. He was punctual, handled the replacement with care, and carried out the work professionally. On top of that, he was friendly, had a great attitude, and offered a competitive price. Highly recommended!

    From the get go Luke was straight forward, positive, honest and a pleasure to deal with. We had many quotes but this by far this was the best and because of his can do attitude and professionalism we went ahead. Throughout the install the team were amazing, they all worked incredibly hard and they were a pleasure to deal with. The guys finished earlier than expected and were quick to answer any questions. They even contacted me following the install to make sure all is good. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again.

    Power flush was awful didn’t clear system left 3 rads unworking. Suggesting a new heating system. Apartment 15 years old

    Unfortunately this customer had unrealistic expectation of what a power flush would do. No payment was taken upfront but he was advised that it may not rectify blockage. We flushed this property on two occasions with the second time being free of charge, we have also been in communication with the customer about possible other options. I’m extremely disappointed in the reviews as this can effect future works as you can see from previous reviews we deliver and excellent service.
