Unfortunately they didn’t assess or plan the job properly from the outset. So ultimately was a very poor result. Very disappointing. I’ll have to do it all myself again.

I gave you a quote after your dispute with the previous contractors.you accepted the quote as explained. After the first day you confirmed you were pleased with the work & the colour of the units. You changed the colour & agreed to pay for the extra work. I sent the revised cost which you refused to pay, attempted to amend the original quote & sought to include additional units not agreed. Your satisfaction was demonstrated by your offer to pay 2/3 partway through the job. It was unexpected & unacceptable that final payment was delayed & limited to the original quote despite the extra work
